Plot
: Leena (Leena Chandravarkar) is a tough young lady who's trying to get
control of the fortune left to her by her dead parents. Her uncle is presently
holding it in trust for her and promises that she can have it if she gets
married. A disgusted Leena leaves for Dehra Doon so that she can think things
through in peace. In the railway station she gets talking to Sanjeev (Sanjeev
Kumar) and he, being unemployed, is looking out for ways to make a few bucks. He
promises to help her and accompanies her as her husband temporarily, for a sum
of money, till she gets her fortune. Trouble starts when Leena, who has
acquired the property now, wants Sanjeev to take his wages and leave. But he
seems to be reneging on the deal..
